Most organisations that have been trading a while have risk assessments in four or five different formats. Some came from a consultant who has long gone, some were written in-house, one or two arrived as a PDF from a client and got adopted. Individually they may be perfectly sound. Together they look like a filing system nobody owns, and that is the impression an assessor forms before reading a word of the content.

Twenty tidy Word assessments are quicker than eight photographed off a clipboard. The more context and information you give us, the better what we prepare will be. We work through as much as the time allows, in the order that matters most to you.
How the Work Gets Done
We use our own AI tooling to do the mechanical part of document preparation, and a consultant checks the output before it reaches you. Reformatting is the job this changes most. Moving assessments from mixed sources into one template, matching every hazard to the right pictogram, normalising the scoring and then cross-referencing the whole lot into a register is days of transcription done by hand, and none of it is the part that needs a safety practitioner.
What still needs one is the checking - whether a control actually answers the hazard it sits against, whether a residual rating is defensible, and whether an assessment has quietly gone out of date. A consultant reads the set before it goes back to you.
